OnlineQuranClassesUSA.com - Student & Parent Agreement

Before starting regular classes, all parents and students are required to read and accept the following terms and conditions. This agreement ensures high-quality education, clear responsibilities, and mutual convenience.

1. Teacher Responsibilities

Teachers are solely responsible for academic instruction. Communication regarding class content, course structure, and student progress will be conducted exclusively with the teacher.

All administrative, financial, or system-related matters will be handled exclusively by the management and support team of OnlineQuranClassesUSA.com

2. Prohibition of Direct Contact Outside the Institute

Students and parents are not allowed to hire any current or former teacher directly or pay for private tutoring outside OnlineQuranClassesUSA.com.

If a teacher approaches you with such an offer, you must refuse and immediately inform the institute.

3. Administrative Matters & Communication

Any issue regarding payment, class schedule, or technical support should be communicated only through official institute channels such as WhatsApp, Skype, Zoom, Google Meet, or support numbers. Teachers are responsible only for teaching.

4. Teacher Absence or Replacement

  • If a teacher is unavailable, the institute may assign a substitute teacher.
  • If student progress is not satisfactory, the institute reserves the right to assign a different teacher for better results.
  • Class timing can be adjusted upon request. If the original teacher is unavailable at the requested time, a replacement teacher will be assigned.

5. Payment and Attendance

  • Monthly fees are collected in advance, and the billing cycle starts from the student’s joining date.
  • Fees are non-refundable if classes are missed without prior notice.
  • After trial classes, fees for the first month are fully refundable if classes are discontinued.

6. Notice for Leaving

A one-month prior notice is required to discontinue classes, allowing the institute to adjust teacher schedules accordingly.

7. Leaves and Absences

  • For short leaves under one month, fees will be charged according to the package to reserve time slots.
  • Makeup classes are subject to availability and require at least 3 hours’ prior notice.
  • Holidays such as Eid are not eligible for makeup classes.

8. Technical Issues

Classes may occasionally be affected by power outages, internet disruptions, or internal technical issues. Makeup classes will be provided at the institute’s discretion.

9. Progress Tests

Student progress may be assessed through test classes, conducted by substitute examiners if needed.

10. Teacher Changes:

We accept Quran teacher change requests from our students at AlQuran Classes may assign a new teacher as needed to ensure quality teaching.

10. Appreciation / Gifts

Any appreciation money given on completing the Quran or during Islamic occasions will be distributed among the entire team, recognizing that teaching and management are collective efforts.

11. Additional Clauses for Protection and Transparency

  • Student or parent personal information will remain confidential and handled by management and support only.
  • Class recordings, educational materials, and audit reports are controlled exclusively by the institute.
  • Any complaint or dispute should be communicated through official institute channels.
  • The institute reserves the right to update course policies or fees, with prior notice to parents and students.

12. Acceptance

This agreement is designed to ensure discipline, transparency, and smooth operation of online classes. I/We fully accept all the above terms and conditions
