1. Trial Classes
We may offer a free trial class so that students and parents can experience our teaching style and online learning environment before continuing with regular classes.
Because trial classes are provided for evaluation purposes, they are not eligible for a refund.
2. Class Cancellations
If a student is unable to attend a scheduled class, we request that the student or parent/guardian inform us as early as possible.
Where appropriate and subject to teacher availability, a missed class may be rescheduled.
Repeated missed classes or late cancellations may not be eligible for a replacement or refund.
3. Refund Requests
Refund requests should be submitted by contacting us directly.
When reviewing a refund request, we may consider factors such as:
- The reason for the request
- The date the request was submitted
- Classes already provided
- Unused classes or services
- Any previously agreed arrangements
